THE SEARCH FOR NEW SOPRANOS ARE STILL AVALIABLE. PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP!

Tone is now looking for a Soprano!

Voices:
- High Soprano (Low G/G# - High High C) i.e. 2Cs above Mid C
- Mezzo Soprano (Low F# - High A/A#)
- Low Soprano (Low E - High G/G#)

Requirements:- Commit rehearsals at least 3 sessions/month (will take exams and school schedules in regard)- More rehearsals (approx. 4-5) closer to concert dates.
- Responsible in learning own music with computer music program NWC and independent singer
- Have a keen ear for harmony
- Can hold own harmony line
- Unphased by stage performance or speaking or singing in public
- Music theory background is NOT a must, but a plus.
- Able to sing Pop Vocals.- Preferably 17-20 years old (as of 2007) i.e. JC1 in 2007
- Fun and lively individual; i.e. Can be silly & nonsensical at times.
- NO stuck up arrogant asses. Haha!

Auditions generally include:- A simple set piece to learn and harmonize on spot with rest of group- A Solo delivery (1 other language + 1 English)
- Test of vocal range and colourOpportunities for Singers:
- Appear in Tone's debut a cappella concert in 2008
- Be part of a dynamic team of singers and grow as a group
- Able to indulge in the a cappella scene and participate in special events
- Perform in public where the world can hear your beautiful beautiful voice!

Feel free to approach us regarding auditions. We are not so gruelling or scary.. It will just be a simple gathering and singing session!

Yesterday we had TONE's rehersal and SOMETHING SPECIAL. LOL. Coincidentally jer jas and me wore RED........ hmm. Maybe we are in the mood to celebrate new year already. HAHA! OK. So the thing is we were having reh at junkai's home, RAYNERXZXZ shuai ge picked me up from EUNOS. Very nice indeed. And we ended going in circles for 1/2 hr. I was about to call the police cause i thought rayner's gonna sell me off to some bangalah. HHAAHA. And we finally reach Bishan and picked up Jasmine and Jeremy. ^^ Then headed off to Junkai's house. Aft. Reh we celebrated rayner's birthday. It was sort of a surprise. haha ;D

OH oh, rayner brought along very delicious chocolates! NYAAAA! OISHII!

Merry X'mas!

Ello folks, fans and freaks (who don't tag when they read the blog!)

It's been more than a year since the blog was up and running and I'd have to say thanks to ChinTow for doing such a fantabulous job and of course th regular bloggers Tow and Jas to keep the blog alive!

X'mas season is sooo over and i just love my gifts! From the t-shirts, to the books and the earrings to the photo frames. Sooooo lovely! ^_^ Can't wait for next year.. Hahah.. Miss the free car rides from our dear Rayner Ahmad Tan; "Haaaammmmmmp!"

Our dear Mr JunKai is going to NS real soon - scary scary!!

Time to stop singing "The Sun is shining, the grass is green, the orange and palm trees sway......" and start jamming "Ella ella eh eh eh, under my umbrella ella ella eh eh"! Whooooo~~!

Tone Roadtrip

Hey y'all!

just wanna say that, jasmine here, had thoroughly enjoyed tone's company on x'mas eve and x'mas day.

all the laughing hysterically, bumpy (or rather, humpy) car rides,

PS: no worries ray, you are improving!
next year, we will have smoother car rides.
YAY!

camwhoring with puny santa clip, getting lost on expressways for 1hour, visiting to a 'mansion'(WAH), watching Arthur-the-cartoon-character's friend at Beyonce's concert, feasting
and the list goes on!

it was the longest time i've spent with you guys.
12 hours man! :)

anyways, now that christmas has ended, i'm starting to miss you guys!
sobs.

nevertheless, let us continue to bring tone to greater heights ya?
2008 resolutions: TONE Inaugural Concert, here we come!

Virgin Post

Hey all..

This is my virgin post on the TONE blog. Exciting!

Anyway, I just added a TONE radio on the side portion of the blog - TONE wants to spread the Christmas cheer with all visitors!

The radio is a little too big for the scroll-box though. But being the HTML idiot that I am, I shall leave the job of rectifying the problem to our webmaster/designer. (HAHA. I'm so sorry Tow.)
